As Germany’s most populous city, Berlin also has the largest real estate market: There are approximately 1.84 million apartments in the entire city area. Despite all the political and economic discussions and regulations in tenancy law, the market for condominiums and apartment buildings in Berlin remains a sought-after investment location that stands out in a Germany-wide comparison.<\/p>\n
