Despite rising prices, more and more young and creative people are drawn to Berlin. The capital is now not only one of the most popular and largest metropolitan regions in Europe, but also one of the greenest – 40 percent of Berlin’s urban area consists of forests, agricultural land, bodies of water, allotments or parks.<\/p>\n
